Submitting a Bid (Request to Supply)
In 14Build, contractors submit their Request to Supply (RTS) as part of the bidding process for published RFPs. The submission process includes providing a detailed proposal with cost breakdowns, timelines, supporting documents, and contractor information.
1. Steps to Submit a Bid
Step 1: Access the RFP
- Log in to your Contractor Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Tenders section.
- View the list of available RFPs.
- Click View Details on the RFP you want to bid for.
Step 2: Start Your Bid
- Click the Submit Bid button to open the bid submission form.
- Review the RFP details to ensure you understand the requirements, including:
- Project description
- SOQ (Schedule of Quantity) details
- Budget and deadlines
Step 3: Add Bid Details
Fill in the following sections of the RTS form:
A. Cost Breakdown
- Provide a detailed breakdown of Material Costs, Labor Costs, and Service Costs.
- Refer to the Cost Breakdown Guide for details.
